All-LOXX® installs without drilling. Align the custom-cut cover to your glass, seat the edges, then lock each LOXX® fastener. Most owners finish in a few minutes once they have done it once.

Before you start
- Confirm year / make / model / wiper configuration matches the product.
- Clean glass of grit (grit + any cover = scratch risk).
- Unpack fully so the cover can lay natural — do not install half-folded.

Step-by-step
1) Dry-fit alignment
Center the cover on the windshield. Check wiper cut (if applicable) and perimeter match. The cover should track the glass outline without stretching corners.
2) Seat the leading edges
Work top and sides so the foam/shell sit flat. Gaps mean either wrong pattern or incomplete seating — fix before locking.
3) Engage LOXX® locks
At each LOXX® location, engage and lock per fastener design. You should feel a positive locked state — not a half-click.
4) Full perimeter check
Run a hand around the edge. Look for lift points, especially top corners (first places highway air attacks).
5) Tug test
A firm tug should not pop a locked LOXX® free. If one point feels soft, unlock, reseat, relock.
Removal
Unlock each LOXX® point first. Do not yank a fully locked cover. Fold/store dry.
Trailering checklist (after install)

- No loose straps/edges into airflow
- Re-check after the first 10–20 miles on a new install

Mag vs All-LOXX® install time?
Mag is slightly faster (no individual locks). All-LOXX® adds seconds per lock for highway-grade retention.
Can I install alone?
Yes for most UTV/RV patterns. Large RV glass is easier with a second person for alignment.
What if a lock will not engage?
Stop. Misalignment is the usual cause. Reseat the cover; do not force hardware.
