Standard 1-year limited warranty.

Every FIT cover is backed against defects in materials, stitching, magnet performance, and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. If your cover fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

• Stitching & seams: Defects in industrial polyester thread or welded seams
• Magnet integrity: Loss of magnetic retention severe enough to prevent the cover from functioning under normal conditions
• Shell material: UV degradation that causes structural failure, delamination, or compromises the protective integrity of the cover (cosmetic fading, surface scuffs, and minor discoloration are not covered — see Exclusions)
• Adhesive system: Interior magnet bond integrity under normal use
• Fitment: Perfect-fit promise — if a correctly ordered cover does not fit your listed rig, we will rebuild it free, provided the correct vehicle make, model, year, and trim were accurately selected at checkout. Customer-side ordering errors are not covered.

Road Warrior Bundle = Premium 2-Year Tier.

Adding the Road Warrior Bundle at checkout upgrades your cover to FIT's Premium 2-Year Tier, which includes a longer 2-year limited warranty (subject to the same terms and exclusions stated on this page), expedited build and shipping, and a FIT Vinyl Cleaner Kit. The bundle is sold as a packaged product upgrade, not as a standalone service contract or insurance product. Pricing as listed at checkout.

What's excluded.

• Normal wear and tear, including rock strikes, road debris impacts, surface nicks, abrasion, and scuffs to the outer shell — that's what the cover is for
• Cosmetic changes including UV fading, minor discoloration, surface texture changes, or wash marks that do not affect the structural integrity or protective function of the cover
• Damage caused by solvents, bleach, ammonia-based cleaners, high-pressure washing, automatic car-wash brushes, or any cleaning method outside the care instructions provided
• Use of the cover without the interior magnets installed in accordance with the provided instructions
• Self-modified covers (cut-outs, added straps, drilled holes, third-party adhesives, etc.)
• Damage caused by a trailering tie-down, ratchet strap, rope, or any external securing device placed on or over the cover
• Theft, loss, or misplacement of the cover, including loss caused by failure to secure the cover during transport at highway speeds
• Damage from severe weather events or acts of nature, including hail, lightning strikes, fire, flood, falling objects, or any event outside ordinary use
• Fitment issues resulting from the customer selecting an incorrect vehicle make, model, year, or trim at checkout
• Any cover that has changed ownership — see Transferability below

Original purchaser only.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the cover, identified by the original order record, and is non-transferable. The warranty does not transfer with the sale, gift, or other change of ownership of the vehicle on which the cover is installed, or of the cover itself.

Filing a warranty claim.

Email warranty@fitprotection.com with:

• Order number or the shipping address used at purchase
• A description of the issue
• 3–5 clear, well-lit photos showing the defect, including at least one full-cover photo and one close-up of the affected area

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, though response times may vary during peak season and holidays.

Replacement without return. To keep the process simple, we generally do not require you to ship the defective cover back. To prevent fraud and to confirm the cover is permanently retired from service, FIT may require photographic proof that the original cover has been permanently disabled before a replacement is shipped (for example, a clear photo showing a large "X" cut through the center panel). FIT reserves the right to require return of the defective cover on a case-by-case basis.

Limits, remedies & legal terms.

The remedies described above (repair, replacement, or rebuild at FIT's discretion) are the sole and exclusive remedies for any defect covered by this warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIT Protection disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FIT Protection shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the cover, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province.

FIT Protection reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this warranty at any time. The warranty in effect on the date of your original order will apply to your purchase.
