I had to order more two sided disc's tape but will put up , align, mark exterior magnets with interior magnets before removing tape this time, align cover outside one more time then go in and remove tape protector and place back on glass. I am going to use three people this time, two outside on each side and one inside to align m

Well , it's still there! We have traveled over 1100 mi. with our cover still in tact. All of the magnets appear to be staying in place but sticky velcro on one top corner remains loose. I think if you follow the directions you won't be disappointed. We have yet to remove it will do so once we get to our longer term area. Let you know if anything changes.

I finally got to test the windshield protector out on a recent 11 hour round trip to West Texas. Installation was extremely easy and the protector performed perfectly, handling speeds up to 75mph with no issues. I'll be heading to South Texas in a couple of weeks and will bedriving on the fastest toll road in the country with speed limits up to 85. That will be the ultimate test.

It looks very nice in the camper. The issue is the red 3M covers on the magnets they glue to the window. They need to be redesigned so you can easily pull the red wrap off. Maybe a small tear drop on those wraps. That was the tedious part of the process.

2018 Rockwood Minilite. 2109S Being from Canada, it was very difficult to obtain my windshield protector. However, when there’s a will, there’s a way.. I purchased the carbon fibre option as well. The protector is very thick and looks to be very durable and well constructed. It stays on at Highway speeds even in winds, the use of magnets is so ingenious. So far to date the only concern I have with the cover is prominent ripples or waves from folding the cover for shipment. This is minor and it’s

It took about 3 months to get our cover (due to no fault of Fit Protection), but I'm so glad we waited! The installation was easy. To set it up I had assistance from my lovely wife to tape the cover in place on the outside. I made sure edges were even all the way around. Do use caution putting the magnets on the glass because they can snap on hard and break your glass.

The cover appears well made, especially after checking all the sewing work around the seams. We recently received it and are on our first trip using it. My only complaint is that the magnets in the cover could have been better aligned from the sides. While they are in line vertically, the driver side magnets on my cover are approximately 1.5” more to the center than the passenger side. This affects my OCD as the magnets permanently attached to the glass are further from the edge on one side than

The cover is well made and heavy duty. The magnets are sturdy and securely hold the cover in place. We tested it out on a windy day driving 70 on the interstate and had no issues. The initial fitment onto the TT was the trickiest part. You need at least 2 people, one to hold the cover from the outside and one on the inside to spot the contacts for the magnets. Use a couple of the magnets to temporarily hold the cover in place so fine adjustments can be made prior to permanently affixing the magn

It took awhile to get it to us...but we are please to have it now. I bought it for our Rockwood Mini Lite, only after we noticed a chip in the window shield. In the meantime while waiting for our Fit Protection, we traded in our Mini Lite for an Ultra Lite. I sent an email to the company and they said it will fit our new trailer. And sure enough it does! I feel we did the right thing by buying Fit Protections for our trailer window. It was an easy two person insulation after watching the video.

Over all we got our Cover for our XLR Nitro a few weeks ago, its been on a 250 mile road trip without issues, and was very easy to install if you have two people. I the magnets were not black which I saw varied reports of but don't seem to be to obtrusive. It took over a month to get my cover but I did receive it by the time I needed. I have heard from others that the company has some growing pains, Overall I think its a great product you just need to plan ahead.

Bad news is the front facing painted surfaces of the Jeep are chipped. The good news is the windshield is still crystal clear. The magnets look goofy when the fit isnt installed, but they are functional and woeth the trade off for having a chip free windshield.

Great product for protecting the front window of your RV. Highly recommend two person insulation. The glow in the dark stickers are great but don’t stay lit for long. But great idea identifying where the magnets are located. Have not been down the interstate yet but as strong as these magnets are I don’t see any reason why the cover wont stay in place. Highly recommend this product for protecting RV windows.

When I ordered the cover for the Salem Hemisphere (horizontal) they were not making them yet. That didn't stop them from getting started on a custom order. Installed the Window protector on my 2022 I ex 19RBM today. Super easy install it took about 25 minutes. Hardest part was getting the 3M sticker off the back of the magnets. Covers perfectly and seems super strong.

Found out it’s easier to adjust for final placement with only a few magnets in place. Looking forward to testing on the road. I don't absolutely love seeing the magnets on the inside, but our bedding pillows hide the bottom row and we can pull the shade down a few inches to cover the top row. Final got home from a trip and found my new cover waiting for me. It is a bit of a job installing it one person but it can be done with some good duct tape. I like the cover being just a little larger than the window so the protection is complete. Only down side is trying to get the 3M tape exposed to apply to the window. Need a little tab the get hold of. Other wise seems to be a great product well made and looks to be durable.

The blanket fit perfect. The only issue I had was with the window being tented as dark as it was from the factory it was difficult to see exactly where place the magnets on the inside of the window because I couldn't see the dots on the blanket. However, I got them close enough that the blanket will say in place. That is some really good sticky on the backside of the magnets once you mount them there is no moving them.
