30 days. $35 restocking fee on change-of-mind returns.

You have 30 days from delivery to return a FIT cover. Covers must be unused and in original condition. Applies to all US (including Alaska/Hawaii) and Canada orders. Change-of-mind returns (bought it, decided you don’t want it) include a $35 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Defective or misshipped items: no restocking fee — we make it right.

• Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unused, with original packaging, templates, and adhesive strips
• Restocking: $35 on change-of-mind returns. Waived if defective or misshipped.
• Refund: Issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt (minus $35 restocking fee when applicable)
• Return shipping (US lower 48): Covered by you unless the item was defective or misshipped
• Return shipping (Alaska / Hawaii / Canada): Customer pays return courier to our Laveen, AZ shop. Duties/taxes paid at delivery (Canada) are non-refundable per CBSA rules.

Non-catalog covers are final sale.

If we built a cover for a rig that wasn't in our standard catalog (a custom-fit order), it's non-returnable unless defective. We can't resell a one-off custom build, so we confirm all templates with you in writing before we cut. If your custom cover arrives defective or mis-sized, we rebuild it free — that's the perfect-fit promise.

Three steps.

1. Email info@fitprotection.com with your order number
2. We'll send a return authorization (RA) number and return label pricing (if applicable)
3. Pack the cover flat with original materials, drop it at UPS (US) or Canada Post (CA), and we refund within 5 business days of receipt

Wrong rig?

We'll swap it. Email support within 30 days, we send a return label, and we start building your correct cover as soon as you drop the first one at UPS or Canada Post. You only pay any price difference.
