These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fitprotection.com and your purchase of products from FIT Protection LLC ("FIT Protection," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Using our site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information — including correct vehicle year, make, and model for fit — and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Products & custom fits.
We sell custom-fit magnetic windshield covers for UTVs and RVs. We work to display products, materials, and colors accurately, but actual color may vary slightly by screen. Custom-fit (non-catalog) covers are built to the measurements you confirm and are final sale unless defective, as described in our Returns Policy.
Prices & orders.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment is authorized. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Our content.
All content on this site — including the FIT Protection name, logo, text, images, patterns, and designs — is owned by or licensed to FIT Protection LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Use at your own risk.
Our covers are protective accessories, not a guarantee against all damage. They are designed to reduce the risk of windshield damage from debris, sun, and weather, but no product prevents every impact. You are responsible for proper installation and for removing the cover before driving where required. Products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in our Warranty.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIT Protection LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, where FIT Protection LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
