A note from the owner

Here's the honest version.

I grew up in a town of thirty people in Montana — the kind of place where your word is the only résumé that matters. If you sold someone a bale of hay, you delivered it. If you shook on a deal, you honored it. That's the code I was raised on, and it's the code this company will be run by.

I came into FIT Protection in 2025 as a partner because I believed in the product. I believed in it enough to put real money on the line — in materials, payroll, and getting the brand in front of real riders and RVers — with one clear intent: build this into a company that takes care of its customers the way I know a brand should.

What didn't work was the way things were run on the operations side. By the end of 2025, orders were backing up, materials were disappearing, and customers were waiting for covers that weren't getting built. When I pushed for accountability, my former partners chose to walk away — and left hundreds of customers who'd paid for a product they never received.

I was content to let due process take its course quietly. But hundreds of customers paid for covers they never got, and silence isn't something they deserve. So here's where things stand: I am in full control of FIT Protection. I've reinvested in fresh materials. I've moved manufacturing to a new facility in Phoenix, Arizona, that I can personally stand behind. And I've gone through the entire 2025 order list and put every single unfilled order into the rebuild queue — no forms, no fine print, no additional charge.

Where I come from, you don't let a handshake fall apart. I make right on my obligations. If somebody paid for a cover, they get a cover. After much thought — and waiting on all new materials that got "misplaced" — we will be fulfilling every 2025 order that never got shipped, in the order they came in, every single one.
