Canada customers: The $99 flat rate covers the cross-border carrier fee. Duties, GST/HST/PST, and brokerage are calculated and collected separately by UPS at delivery (set by CBSA, not FIT Protection). Most covers fall under USMCA preferential treatment as US-made goods — UPS will apply the lower rate when applicable.
You'll know when it ships.
When your cover enters production, you'll get an email with your build ticket. When it ships, you'll get a second email with a UPS tracking number and a photo of your finished cover.
Lost-in-transit claims: if your package hasn't moved in 7+ days (US) or 14+ days (Canada / AK / HI), reply to the tracking email and we'll file a UPS claim and reship at our expense.
