When your cover enters production, you'll get an email with your build ticket. When it ships, you'll get a second email with a UPS tracking number and a photo of your finished cover.
Lost-in-transit claims: if your package hasn't moved in 7+ days, reply to the tracking email and we'll file a UPS claim and reship at our expense.
