LOXX® positive-lock fastener
Precision-machined marine-grade stainless. A spring-loaded fastener drops over a low-profile stud on your frame and mechanically latches — a positive lock you can feel and hear. No plastic, no springs to fatigue.

Set the cover
Low-profile LOXX studs are pre-installed on your frame. The custom fit lands each cover-side fastener right on its stud.
Press to lock
Push straight down. The spring-loaded fastener seats over the stud and latches on its own — no twisting. You feel and hear it lock.
Locked & loaded
Now it's a positive mechanical hold — 300 lb+ per fastener. To remove, pull the release knob on the outside of the cover.

Your UTV cover ships with the magnetic hold standard. Upgrade the whole cover to LOXX® positive-lock fasteners for a full mechanical hold at highway speed — it's an all-or-nothing choice, not a mix.
Half magnet, half LOXX®
Every RV cover ships with the hybrid retention system: magnets for fast on/off, and LOXX® fasteners locking down the load-bearing points for the road. Both included — no upgrade needed.

Marine vinyl shell
UV-stable, mold & mildew resistant, freeze-safe to -40°F — the same vinyl used on boat upholstery and convertible tops.
½" marine foam core
Medium-density closed-cell foam absorbs rock strikes before they ever reach your glass. A crumple zone for your windshield.
Custom-cut fit
Templated and built to your exact rig — never a stretchy "universal" size. The fit is what makes either hold work.

Clean the glass
Inside and out. Alcohol wipe, let it flash off.
Align the template
Tape the included template to the inside face of the windshield.
Mount interior magnets
Peel, press, hold. 3M VHB adhesive — let it cure 24h before first use.
Attach the cover
Align on the outside, let go, it locks. Under a minute from here on.
Important: the interior magnets anchor the cover and are designed to live on your glass permanently. Mounting them is required for the cover to work and for warranty coverage.
Mark the studs
Use the template to locate each low-profile stud position on your windshield frame.
Install the studs
Fasten the LOXX® studs to the frame with the included hardware. Marine-grade stainless, corrosion-proof.
Drop & press
Set the cover so each fastener lands over its stud, then press down — it seats and latches on its own.
Locked on
Positive mechanical hold, 300 lb+ per fastener. Pull the release knob to remove — 3 seconds, zero tools.
Note: the studs stay on your frame between uses — they're low-profile and out of the way. Attaching the cover after setup takes seconds.
