Great company but. Kit should include properly sized 3M Adhesive and not the size used for the magnets. Kit should also include the LOXX installation tool. Description should also state that you will need a 3/8” punch to make the holes in your cover for the LOXX.
I had to make my own tool for the LOXX installation, also had to buy a 3/8” punch as well as a 1” punch for the large magnet stickers they sent with my order.
I was sent 2 bottles of ‘carpet cleaner’ instead. And both bottles were broken in shipping and arrived empty inside the soaked container.
‘Kit’ arrived in package soaked with Vinyl cleaner from bottles broken during transport which was included in same package with the ‘Kit’ which also came with no instructions and no Loxx fasteners key. Sent a complaint requesting replacement with several pictures and never received a reply.
I’ll be honest the install was a little bit of a challenge you definitely want to people and both people communicating by phone. Once on we were iffy how it would do one drive but it surprised us it did extremely well. We drove 365 miles at anywhere between 50 to 75 MPH and even had a little wind and didn’t even budge.
