Eligibility.

• Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
• Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.

Two ways to enter. Both are treated identically.

1. With a purchase. Place any order for a FIT Protection cover during the entry period and you receive one (1) entry automatically. No further action is required.

2. Free entry, no purchase. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the entry period and received no later than five (5) business days after it closes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated entries are void.

Limit one (1) entry per person per entry period, regardless of method. Entries from any person in excess of this limit will be void. Use of any automated system, bot, or multiple identities to enter is grounds for disqualification.

One prize per month.

• One (1) $500 Visa prepaid gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500.00 USD.
• Total ARV of all prizes awarded per entry period: $500.00 USD.
• The prize is not transferable and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
• The prepaid card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer.

Selection and odds.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within five (5) business days after the entry period closes. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

Notification and claim.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

General conditions.

• By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or that fail to be received for any reason.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
• Personal information collected through this promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used to administer the drawing and to contact the winner.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Requesting the winners list.

For the name of the winner for any entry period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to FIT Protection $500 Monthly Drawing — Winners List, 3343 W Elliot Road, Laveen, AZ 85339, within ninety (90) days after the close of that entry period.
